Born from the vision of John Hogan and Conall Lavery in 2013, Real World Analytics (RWA) set out on a mission to demystify data for pharmacy retailers, transform it into actionable insights, and ultimately, make their customers more successful. RWA has grown to be the go-to analytics solution for UK & Irish pharmacies helping more than 60 pharmacy groups have a more successful business. In 2024, John leveraged his previous experience in warehousing and distribution to apply the RWA platform to the business of wholesaling. Thus, RWA Wholesale was born!

Jonathan is our Chief Technology Officer. His favourite part of his job is solving complex data problems and identifying ways to improve workflows. He loves riding his motorbike and building lego in his spare time.

Adele is COO for RWA Pharmacy. Her favourite thing about her job is customer engagement and developing new features of our solutions. Outside of work, she loves all things gardening, and her chickens!
